Every year my school organizes a project exhibition.
Every field of
study that my school covers shows what the students have achieved during
the previous semester . This year I was lucky enough to be with my best
friend , Apostolis Euthimiou and another fellow student ,George Xatzisavas, running the Electronics Engineering booth.
Some of our projects... :
Apostolis' project was a music controlled rgb led strip. Apostolis used three op-amp based filters to split the sound in bass , mids and highs. Then controlling three mosfets and thus controlling the rgb led strip.
My project was a computer controlled RGB led strip. One had the ability to select what the colour of the of the led strip would be by just moving the mouse on a colour pallet inside my software called "Colour_Wheel". All the led pwm driving was done with an arduino due receiving rgb values from the serial port and then controlling 3 N channel mosfets.
Thank you all guys , it had a great time. Special thanks to my teacher Fillip Gianeskis for choosing us for the exhibition.
Last but not least, thanks for this blog post have a nice time and there are some interesting bits coming.
